I saw some bodywork welding today. His welds were lumpy too :)

Worked out why that was :)con my machine to wires going to the motor are all corroded, which means that when you set it to wire speed it varies up nd down. To get it to work, you need to set the wire seed higher than you need to, which results in blobby welds :)

I suspect his equipment wasn’t the best either. Seems to be a bit of my previous comment missing, he was a professional bodywork guy!
